No refund request will be accepted if the customer does not provide the necessary information to verify that the service has been used under the indicated terms (day, time, telephone number used and amount shown on your bill).
The customer can make his refund request through the following methods:
1. By phone: call our customer service team on 018 052 51184. We will try to contact you as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 working days for us to respond and then the same process as above would be initiated. If the customer does not answer, we will try again up to 3 times

Once we have the information and bill proof – we would ask the consumer if they would like a bank transfer. If a bank transfer, we would complete this within 5 working days, often on the same day.
Once the information required for the refund request has been provided and if it is duly completed, Main Conection SL undertakes to respond to the request within a maximum of two business days. We will send you a reply email with a complete description of the service and the offer of a refund can vary between 50 and 100% of the charges made for the use of the service.
If a vulnerable person is detected in the review of this process, we will offer a full refund of the total amount of calls made using our services by the reclaimer.
Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Main Conection SL and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Main Conection SL , nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
